Kaito's primary mode of living is focused externally, where he deal with things rationally and logically. His secondary mode is internal, where you take things in primarily via your intuition.

Kaito is a natural born leader. He lives in a world of possibilities where he sees all sort challenges to be surmounted, and he wants to be the one responsible for surmounting them. He has a drive for leadership, which is well-served by his quickness to grasp complexities, his ability to absorb a large amount of impersonal information, and his quick and decisive judgments. He is a "take charge" person.

Kaito is very career-focused, and fits into the corporate world quite naturally. He is constantly scanning his environment for potential problems which he can turn into solutions. He generally sees things from a long-range perspective, and is usually successful at identifying plans to turn problems around - especially problems of a corporate nature. Kaito is usually successful in the business world, because he is so driven to leadership. He’s tireless in his efforts on the job, and is driven to visualize where an organization is headed. For these reasons, he is natural corporate leaders.

There is not much room for error in the world of Kaito. He dislikes seeing mistakes repeated, and has no patience with inefficiency. He may become quite harsh when his patience is tried in these respects, because he is not naturally tuned in to people's feelings, and more than likely doesn't believe that he should tailor his judgments in consideration for people's feelings. Kaito has difficulty seeing things from outside his own perspective. Kaito naturally has little patience with people who do not see things the same way as he does. Kaito needs to consciously work on recognizing the value of other people's opinions, as well as the value of being sensitive towards people's feelings. In the absence of his awareness, Kaito will be forceful, intimidating and overbearing individual. This may be a real problem for Kaito, who may be deprived of important information and collaboration from others. In his personal world, it can make Kaito overbearing as spouses or parents.

Kaito has a tremendous amount of personal power and presence which will work for him as a force towards achieving his goals. However, this personal power is also an agent of alienation and self-aggrandizement, which Kaito would do well to avoid.

Kaito is very forceful, decisive individuals. He makes decisions quickly, and is quick to verbalize his opinions and decisions to the rest of the world. Kaito may have brilliant ideas and insight into situations, but he may have little skill at determining how to act upon his understanding, or his actions may be inconsistent. Kaito has developed in a generally less than ideal way may become dictatorial and abrasive - intrusively giving orders and direction without a sound reason for doing so, and without consideration for the people involved, that is if he doesn’t keep himself in check.

Kaito is not naturally tuned into other people's feelings, but he frequently has a very strong sentimental streak. Often these sentiments are very powerful to Kaito, although he will likely hide it from general knowledge, believing the feelings to be a weakness. Because the world of feelings and values is not where Kaito naturally functions, he may sometimes make value judgments and hold onto submerged emotions which are ill-founded and inappropriate, and will cause him problems - sometimes rather serious problems.

Kaito loves to interact with people. He can be energized and stimulated primarily externally. There's nothing more enjoyable and satisfying to Kaito than having a lively, challenging conversation. He especially respects people who are able to stand up to him, and argues persuasively for their point of view. There aren't too many people who will do so, however, because Kaito has a very forceful and dynamic presence who has a tremendous amount of self-confidence and excellent verbal communication skills. Even the most confident individuals may experience moments of self-doubt when debating a point with Kaito.


Kaito puts a lot of effort and enthusiasm into his relationships. Since his major quest in life is to constantly take in knowledge and turn that into something useful, he will try to turn everything into a learning experience. Within the context of relationships, that means he will constantly seek knowledge and revise the rules and definitions of his relationships. He values his relationships highly, especially those relationships which present him with new challenges and stimulate his learning. Such exchanges promote genuine affection and satisfaction for Kaito. Relationships which do not offer any chances for growth or learning does not hold any interest Kaito. As in other areas of life, Kaito likes to be in charge of his relationships. In conversation, Kaito is very direct and confrontational, and can be highly critical and challenging towards others. People involved in close relationships with Kaito needs to have a good amount of personal strength. For those who do, Kaito has a tremendous amount to offer.

Kaito is not naturally in-tune with the feelings and emotions of his partners. Kaito sometimes does not make the attempt to be aware of others, and to value their feelings and opinions, and thus may find himself in unbalanced relationships, where real communication does not take place. These kinds of situations present a two-edged sword to Kaito. They want to be in charge, but if he becomes so much in charge as to stifle his partners, he will eventually become bored with the relationship.

Romantically, Kaito is robust, imaginative and enthusiastic. His natural instinct to lead will be apparent in this arena as well as other areas of life, and he will lead his partner on creative lovemaking adventures, where the focus is on mutual learning and affection sharing. He's likely to expect romance on a relatively scheduled basis.

Kaito does not usually have a problem with self-confidence and is not especially emotionally needy. Although he enjoys being told that he is loved and appreciated, he doesn't need to hear these types of avowals as often as most other males. If he is partnered with a Feeling type female, he is probably not likely to fulfill his partner's needs for intimate words without conscious effort. Even with effort, Kaito may have problems being aware of other's emotional needs, and he most likely won't understand those needs even if he is aware of them.

Kaito approaches conflict as an opportunity for growth and learning. This is a very healthy outlook in general, but may be a problem in a close relationship with a his girlfriends. Kaito’s tends to be confrontational may be very threatening to a person especially so if they are an intimate partner of the him. In general, Kaito has a lot to offer to his intimate relationships. He's dedicated and enthusiastic, and willing to put forth a lot of effort to make things work out. He takes on responsibility and accountability, and expects to be in charge. His relationship will be one based on mutual respect, constant growth and development.

Kaito entered the academy at a young age, his older brother having to support him ever since they were little and his parents were murdered. His parents had been out on assignment in the village of Konohagakure no sato, when someone had tipped the ANBU off that they were coming. It was only a matter of time before they were found, and when caught they didn’t stand a chance for the ANBU that found them had a shoot first ask questions later attitude. His older brother never told him this, and so he was raised in the belief they had simple abandoned them. It wasn’t until his graduation to Chunin did the truth finally get revealed as his brother decided to go avenge their parents. That was one of the last times Kaito remembered his brother being of right mind. As the years went by, reports would come in of Talnak and his evil deeds. When Kaito was finally eighteen, he knew he had to go and find him but he also knew that leaving the cloud village would make him a missing-nin so he didn't.

Slowly information was leaked out to Kaito of his brother's whereabouts, it was then determined that his brother was now an A-ranked missin-nin and was a kill on sight target. kaito hearing of this instantly asked permission to find and kill his brother. It was granted but with two other teammates. Kaito and the two others instantly left and soon learned of his new whereabouts from locals in the area. But this was all a trap. While kaito was asleep the two teammates left him there and went to kill him without Kaito. But they were also decieved for Talnak was there and waiting. He swiftly killed them and then left once more. Kaito woke up seeing the letter from his brother challenging him and to meet him at the tundra near the viilage. Kaito arrived shortly, and thus the battle was fought on the frozen tundra Kaito had tracked Talnak to. Kaito won in the end but the battle left Kaito barely alive, the cold killing off his feeling as he trudged his way back towards civilization.

Upon reaching a small village, whose religion worshipped a Krakken that was said to live beneath the glaciers of the land. Here he stayed for many months, healing, resting and researching, finding as much as he could about this Krakken. When it came to be the winter solstice, the time for the sacrifice to the water Krakken, Kaito went along with them and caught one of the hales that lived in the waters. They slew the beast and dragged it back to the altar, near a large opening in the glaciers. And there, at exactly midnight the Krakken came forward, all the people bowed in prayer, but Kaito was awestruck by the beast’s size and power. And so in the days following he stayed at the altar, waiting for the Krakken to show its presence once more. When it finally did, he spoke with it for a time. They conversed about the world and about the laws of man, and finally the topic came why Kaito was there.

So, he told the Krakken everything, about his brother, his family and his purpose for being there. The Krakken, was touched by the boys dedication and so a pact was formed, the Krakken signed a scroll in its blood and Usmura signed in his. The pact was made so when Kaito was ready, he would have the water god at his side to aide him. It took him a further two years of training to be ready for that day, and when he finally was able to, he called the mighty beast to him, and from then on life as he knew it would forever change. Okay, the application is really well done. :] However, a couple of things...

Where did he get a Bingo Book from?

For the jutsu... I will personally automatically decline "Raiton: Raiunkôha(Lighting Release: Thunder Cloud Inner Wave)" because that is a storm release technique, and a kekkei genkai technique. As well as, Raiton no Yoroi(Lighting Release Armor), because this is a technique unique to the Raikage, A, and an incredibly powerful technique that I can't see anybody except A knowing.

After looking at all of those jutsus, I do think you have a well-balanced collection... However... a lot of those jutsus would be B-Rank and above, only one of those jutsus I could consider to be S-Rank (Bedrock Coffin because it can kill with one strike). So, I really want you to please keep in mind about how much chakra each of those techniques are going to use, as you obviously will not be able to use every single one of those during a battle.
