This thread will simply explain how missions will work on the forum. It is not meant to be a more formal, professional document at the moment, but a mere explanation of how, at this time, missions will be run.
After someone or a team has said that they are available to do a mission, then the Kage of that village will post a roleplay thread of the Kage explaining and handing out the mission. This is important to explain the details, while some of these details will be explained as out of character information (for example, saying that someone needs to control an NPC, etc.). Each member of the mission is going to reply to the thread, in character, saying that they understand etc. Once all members of the mission have replied, then the mission thread may be started by whoever is leading the mission.
Mission lengths are dependent on the mission. Some will last just two out of character days (only if everyone is posting regularly), while others could last up to seven days, or longer.
Kages will be in charge of watching the mission threads of their village to make sure it's going as planned (or unplanned, if there's going to be some "surprise" during the mission).
Some NPC characters are fine to be roleplayed by a designated user of the team (either the leader, or someone else who volunteers). Others, however, need to be played by the Kage of that village's mission. These characters are probably characters in which the ninja will have to fight.
