this chakra points system is important to know when creating your application. this system is a numerical-based system based on the ninja level of a shinobi. the total chakra points is the character's chakra limit. these points will primarily only be used when chakra is being used, whether during battle, medical-purposes, or other reasons. this system is relatively standard, however there is a leeway for characters that potentially exhibit more chakra then other characters of the same level.[/center]
